"Fine Blanking (FB)" is a press processing technology that involves applying pressure from both the top and bottom during the blanking (cutting) process to suppress distortion in the material being processed. This allows for a smaller clearance between the punch and die, resulting in a smooth and beautiful shear surface, and enables the production of high-precision products. By suppressing the occurrence of breakage and achieving a nearly uniformly smooth shear surface, it is possible to cut costs on finishing processes. It is particularly strong in processing thick materials. Additionally, it has significant cost advantages in compound processing, as it can perform combined processing of sheet forming and forging, allowing for the processing of products in various shapes.
